Up to four people can train at Sago Street; for larger groups, we’ll recommend another venue and the right format.

How it works

Bring the group. We build the sessions.

Your group, not a class

Small-group training is arranged for people who already train together, or want to: friends, colleagues, a couple, a family, training partners who keep each other honest. There is no open class to join and no strangers added to make up the numbers. You bring the group, and the sessions are built around it.

Everyone coached individually

Before the first session we look at goals, training history and any injuries or limitations across the whole group, then design sessions that work for everyone in the room. In the session each person gets their own progressions — the same movement scaled to the person doing it — so nobody is holding back and nobody is out of their depth.

Where you will train

Up to four people can train at our Sago Street studio, which is the usual setup for a group of friends or colleagues. For larger groups we will recommend another venue and the format that suits the numbers. We confirm the format and pricing once we know a little about your group — how many of you there are, what each of you is working towards, and when you can realistically train.
